Kemblawarra Public School offers a preparatory to kindergarten learning program throughout the schooling year. This involves students;
- Participating in activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework
- Transitioning between preschool and kindergarten once a week to build social skills and complete activities across KLAs
- Transitioning between preschool and Year 2 for fitness and sporting activities and CoS gala days
- Transitioning to KPS kindergarten at the end of each school year
- Whole school activities such as book week parade, whole school assemblies and library lessons
- Focus on literacy and numeracy and incorporating STEM into interest, play based activities
