Keen Kangas preparatory to kindergarten learning program
Kemblawarra Public School offers a preparatory to kindergarten learning program throughout the schooling year. Our preschool is not mandatory attendance and we are able to support the whole of the Illawarra by taking outside of area enrolments. Our Keen Kanga program involves students;
- Participating in activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework
- Whole school activities, library activities and accessing the school grounds
- Focus on literacy and numeracy and incorporating STEM into interest, play based activities
The preschool is an affordable program at the maximum cost of:
· $12 a day with no health care card
· $7 a day if you identify as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with no health care card
· $3 a day if you are on a health care card
